Luis Posted July 5, 2023 Share Posted July 5, 2023 It would be great if we can have a live preview of the invoice template while editing the HTML. I'm not talking about visual editing, but a live preview maybe in another tab. So the preview would show an invoice with a complete set of fake customer and invoice data and would update automatically while we modify the html (or on save). Right now what I'm doing is: 1) tweak the invoice template, 2) go to a client and regenerate an invoice, 3) download it and check it, 4) go back to tweaking the template. It's not a very effective way to do it. I believe this will dramatically improve template generation and would allow us to generate beautiful templates quickly.
