KZM
I am trying to provision a hosting account for a (demo) customer but it is not succeeding. This product has unresolved provision requests requiring attention: ↪ Create Account: Create customer failed: Invalid auth credentials ↪ Get Info: Get domain info failed: Invalid auth credentials

KZM
Got a response from Upmind which solved the issue -- You can either use your Plesk username and password, or you can generate a secret key by following the Plesk documentation. https://docs.plesk.com/en-US/obsidian/api-rpc/about-rest-api.79359/#http-method You also need to ensure that you have entered the correct hostname, port, and operating system. For further details, you can refer to the Upmind guide on how to link Plesk with Upmind: https://docs.upmind.com/docs/how-to-add-a-plesk-server
