  1. Hi,

Currently, Upmind's pricing model displays the regular/renewal price on the product. To offer lower initial purchase prices, you can utilize the promotion code feature. Simply set up a promotion that auto-applies, which will be applied to the first payment. And, if you need to include transfer fees, you can add them as a product option.

However, regarding the Grace and Redemption period price, rest assured I'll forward your feedback to our team for feature consideration. Thanks for bringing it to our attention!

  2. Hi,

At the moment, we don't have a specific date for when Mollie will be available. However, we are continuously adding more payment providers. Recently, we've integrated Pesapal and Coingate as new gateways with Upmind.

Additionally, in a few months, we'll be launching Upmind Provisioning v2, which will enable you to build completely custom provisioning integrations as needed. With this, you won't be limited by Upmind's first-party provision integrations, offering more flexibility and expanding your options beyond Upmind's initial provisions.

  3. Hi,

We are continuously adding more first-party provisioning providers. However, I can't specify the exact availability of Proxmox at the moment.

Nevertheless, in a few months, we'll be launching Upmind Provisioning v2, which will enable you to build completely custom provisioning integrations as needed. This means you won't be limited by Upmind's first-party provision integrations. Stay tuned for more updates.

  4. Hi there,

Yes, offering your clients a half-price discount using Upmind's Promotion feature is possible. You can choose between a fixed amount discount or a percentage discount.

This discount will apply to all billing terms on your product, including yearly recurring. We'd recommend using the fixed amount discount of £2.5. This way, even if your client selects yearly recurring, they'll still receive the £2.5 discount.

You can refer to the Upmind guide for further details: https://docs.upmind.com/docs/how-to-create-a-basic-promotion-code

    I hope it helps! 🙂

  5. Hi Sebastian,

We utilize localazy.com for translating the language, and while we've had volunteers contribute to translations, it seems there may have been some oversights in the German translation.

We appreciate your offer to help improve the translation. If you're interested in getting involved, please feel free to PM me your preferred email address, and I'll be happy to send you an invitation to contribute.

    Thank you 🙂

  6. Hi Pradeep,

Just to update you the Upmind team is currently working on integrating an open-source payment gateway – it's a complex job. This will enable anyone to create different payment gateways and help us add new payment options more quickly.

This month, we've added Coingate as a new payment gateway integration. I apologize for not including the payment gateway you requested, but please know that it's still part of our plans for the future. Additionally, for payments in India, we support Razorpay.

Rest assured, once we have Instamojo or another open-source payment gateway available, we'll notify you here. Your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated.

    Best Regards

  9. Hi there,

We've supported Realtime Register integration. If you'd like to see additional domain registrars like NETIM and gandi.net available on Upmind, you can submit your request on our GitHub here.

As for ccTLDs in general, we're currently working to ensure they're properly supported.

  10. Alternatively, you can make a product manually and assign it to your client as a workaround until we have this feature to create billable invoices.

For sending invoices for things like website updates where you bill by the hour, you can create a product and use minutes instead of hours. For example, if you worked for 1.25 hours, which is 75 minutes, you'd put 75 as the quantity. Then, you can set the price per minute to calculate the total. Make sure to explain this to your clients in the product description to avoid any confusion. If you need to add additional information on the invoice you can do this by managing metadata.

  11. Hi there,

We don't support automation with Stablepoint. However, we do support integration with some domain registrars through Upmind. If you're interested in managing billing for your Stablepoint domain clients using Upmind, you can do so manually by adding the product and assigning it to your existing clients. Then, Upmind will bill it accordingly.

Additionally, if you'd like to renew and sell domains purchased through Stablepoint, you can manually provision your domain name by creating and managing the TLD.

    Regards,

    Elvira
