  1. I am using Upmind and openprovider together.

Recently a customer cancelled it's .ES registration, when I was checking if everything went oke. I saw the renewal date in openprovider as 15 February but the real renewal date for .es is 21 Ferbruary.
Now the domain renewal has been cancelled in upmind, but it doesn't cancel the auto-renew in openprovider. This could be tricky, causing openprovider to renew the domain but the upmind thinks it will cancel the domain on 21 february.

How is this done? Does it try to cancel the domain on 21 february?

It would be good if upmind checks the registration date in openprovider, and puts auto-renew on no when a domain is being cancelled.

  2. Hello Seb,

I've enabled Stripe and I've enabled iDeal for example (through Stripe JS?) but it now gives the error: unsupported payment type? has that something to do with webhooks or? is there something wrong?

    Looking forward to your response.

  3. Hello,

Since I am using the dutch translation on my Upmind page I'd like to post here the errors that are being shown:

Let's start off with the first one in the product catalogue for customers (quite important!)
The price isn't being showed anymore, it is now showing: _plurals.from_price
    See the screenshot:

When I look at this page in english it is showing the correct pricing.

I will post more when I see more!

  4. Hello!

I've been brainstorming a lot regarding the affiliate system. A customer of my side hustle company brought in 2 clients that would like to receive a new website including webhosting.
To reward the customer that affiliated / introduced the new client I would like to make it possible to add a fixed discount to the customer.
    So for example:

If customer A has a couple of products/services that are worth €500 a year. If this customer brings in 2 new customers. They receive 2% discount on their product, the maximum discount could be set by the owner of the system.
This way you encourage customers to introduce new clients so their own costs go down a bit and you get new clients 🙂

  5. Hello,

I'm currently using a different invoicing system, in that system I can create a invoice for a customer without the need to create a new product.
So for example, if I get a new customer that likes to get a new website created. I want to make an quotation without the need to create a product. Sometimes I need to add a one time service to the quote or invoice. It would be nice if we can make this possible.

This way it gives control without the need to create a new product.

We'll push out what we have this week for dutch and I can invite you to the system to correct any translations for review?

    That would be perfect Seb!
I'd be glad if i could help and get upmind better!

    I'm looking forward to it!
