Jürgen Waibel
Hello, we run certain small customer webservers and do billing by an external tool so far. Questions: - is it possible to import data manual by file (csv, xml, json) (most of the services are hosted on existing plesk servers already) - is there a way to set the start/expiredates of products/services manualy, so we could move existing service billing to upmind regards Jürgen
Jürgen Waibel
looks like reading the docs and the community pages solved my questions already.
Luis
I don't know about the mass import by file, but you can add existing services one by one and set the next renewal date manually. The option is: "Add quick order". I don't think you can set the start date to a previous date though.
Seb
We are really close to this - import from CSV. It's been a huge task but it is in the final stages before release

It's been a huge task but it is in the final stages before release this would be a fantastic step, if nothing else to weed out any rows of clients / services / products that you do not want to auto import. No need to taint the upmind DB with garbage from another software!

ETA on this? Next few months or? Thanks! / Dave

Thanks! / Dave I just found about 30 days ago, adding a sample CSV link within the CSV Import - this looks like what we were looking for. Any plans on adding import from ClientExec? Thanks! / Dave
vira
Hi Dave, Currently, we support imports from WHMCS, SupportPal, and CSV files. While we don’t have ClientExec imports available at the moment, we hope to add this feature in the future. In the meantime, you can use our CSV data import option and you can find examples of CSV file formats on our GitHub via this link. You can also submit a feature request for ClientExec import at Upmind Featurebase.
Seb
Hi Dave We've also got an SDK coming for progressive import. It's being battle tested right now Thanks Seb
