psybox
If I create a cpanel account in upmind, and the WHM is using the server nameservers, instead of ns1.mycustomname.com , then the nameservers are blank in the clients upmind account. If the server has custom nameservers, these appear to pull through.
psybox
can anyone confirm if this is something not setup on my end or known issue? Edited September 25, 2023 by psybox

If you go to the affected service and to the "Manage Tab", you'll find a Get Info button. If you use that, does the info get retrieved? psybox
No, it doesn’t, just shows them being blank.

psybox
Just in case anyone else has the same issue, simply add the server nameservers into the custom fields and it works. A workaround perhaps, but one that works.

Need to fill in the custom nameserver section on WHM > Basic Webhost Manager section. If using the default hostname ns, just copy them over to the 'custom nameserver' section.
