But we are unable to send it to a group of people who own a particular service. We had sent an email sometime back to a particular group of clients owning a particular service. But we do not seem to find that option now. What we see now is just a few options for client status, and none for selecting the product or product attribute! Harry L Posted April 14, 2023 Share Posted April 14, 2023 Hi @Hivium, @PradeepC There are separate Bulk Notifications in the UI - one under Clients where you define a segment based on Client data, and one under Products & Services where you can define a segment based on products.
