Viswanath VB
I think Upmind should have a Status page so we can easily see if upmind have any issues from status page. Edited March 13, 2023 by Viswanath VB

I understand this is a beta product but a response and a status tracker is must!
Seb
Hi guys, we had a brief issue for around 15 minutes where intermittent API requests were being blocked at around 8.45am UK time; most requests went through fine but there were some network errors. @gavinthe issue was not related to whatever you experienced at 11.25am and we haven't seen any reports of that- if that reoccurs please raise a ticket
Rammy Phil
Dear @SebDo you have any future provisions to allow us to run/install this complete upmind software on our own servers, just to manage uptime, speed, security, backup and rest other things on our own just like whmcs. I doubt they have any such plan. If you read their vision then you will know they want to have control over the instance to be able to deliver new updates, features and maintain a consistency. Not possible with self hosted instances. https://upmind.com/blog/upmind-the-journey-so-far
Seb
Yes we intentionally haven't designed a simple application that is just some files and a database. We are talking with some larger hosting providers about running a specific deployment for them for data residency requirements, but this is still then managed by us in their own datacentres and requires a lot of kit / kubernetes clusters.
