Doesn't sound exactly what you are after, but you can configure the support departments to accept emails and then set up an email forwarder, for instance, the user just sends an email to support@yourdomain, this then forwards to [email protected] which then creates a ticket without the client needing to have an account. It's intelligent enough to handle replies and add them as ticket updates.

Hi Darren,

Thank you for replying.  So currently we have a direct link to submit a pre sales help ticket within the system.  The user does not have to create an account to do this, and its a nicely constructed online form submission.  I could create an online form, and use the solution you mention above, however I was trying out Upmind and wanted to see if that was already worked in.  Many times we have clients who want to ask a pre sales question without going through the account creation process.
