Darren
New to the Google Tag Manager, so apologies if I've done it wrong, but I think it's trying to read a different ID to the one I put in my site. I have added GTM-KG8xxxx (not sure if they are sensitive so have replaced last 4 characters). An inspect of the code from my client page shows <script async="" src="https://www.googletagmanager.com/gtm.js?id=GTM-M24Dxxx&l=upmDataLayer"></script>gtm.js?id=GTM-M24Dxxx&l=upmDataLayer That's not my ID (again replaced a few characters with xxx)
Seb
Hi Darren -- could you open a ticket, we'll take a look at the setup there.
Darren
@Seb, Rookie error, I hadn't committed my Google Tag, I imagine the tag values I saw were the ones built into Upmind and mine just wasn't appearing until I'd committed.
Tom Creasey
Hello, I know this thread is a year old, but I added my GTM Container ID a few days ago but it doesn't appear to be working. I cannot see the code anywhere on the source page. Is this restricted to certain license types or have I just not done something correctly?
vira
Hi Tom, you can add GTM Container ID on the Setting -> Analytics & Tracking
Seb
Are you sure you have you published the tags in Google Tag Manger? All you do in Upmind is add the container ID. We don't then set what tags show.
