TNeumiller
Hi there, when I setup provisioning on my account, I mistyped the packages as shown on my cpanel. When someone purchased hosting, the system attempted to provision the server and set up the hosting account, but the name of the package was wrong. I corrected it and the error isn't showing any longer, but the account did not create the account on my cpanel. How do I trigger it to do that now? Or do I set it up manually now? If manual, how do I connect it to my clients account in Upmind then? Thanks so much for your assistance. I'm new to this platform and figuring everything out. Option 1 - go to the service in your panel and then to the manage tab inside that service. - you have a few actions there and there’s a “create account” button. Use that to create the service in cPanel. Option 2 - create the account manually in cPanel - go to the same place in the upmind’s panel - use the “get info” button. Enter the account name and it will sync with your panel.
