In said section it should log time, description, request reason, accepted / declined when etc. It would also need to be able to provide an API log, including their entire activity log. It would also need to include confirmation of acceptance of the TOS on checkout and when it was accepted. --- I am making everyone aware, that Stripe requires these above to counter-dispute any disputed payments.
