Feedback Monkey
Not sure if mentioned before, but it's getting hard to keep track of cPanel accounts and customer accounts on Upmind. It would appear sometimes the account on Upmind is terminated but the termination isn't ran on cPanel. Would it be possible to create a sync function, like WHCMS has?
Seb
We'll build one. I think the auto-termination may have been set to just 'suspend' rather than 'terminate' for sanity checking and not switched back. We'll do that now so it works in future.

Hi Seb I noticed that cpanel integration is still suspending accounts instead of terminate them. Was this change deployed or is it an option into the current integration?
