When a order is placed no account is created and get the error: Failed to load package “cPanel Starter”: No such file or directory I'm using cPanel no problem. - I had to add upmind's IP addreses to WHM because I had it locked by IP. - In the test product, did you add the package name in the provisioning -> package identifier section?
