Have the ability to create a workflow prior to customer opening ticket:

 

Are you wanting to close or cancel your services?

Go to this page and select cancellation

 

Are you wanting to change your payment date?

Go to this page and select etc

 

Something else:

Open ticket

Sadly not, that’s a static template that appears outside of the ticket submission form, these steps need to be included prior to even seeing the ticket submission form to ensure customers aren’t wasting support time with issues fixable from knowledge base
