How does one go about creating a new integration for say hetzner or ovh - is there a list of active developers? Also once developed, how long does it take to get through upmind testing ? (or does it ??)  

Also - when do plugins like the linode one get looked at for active updates (new OS, linode types, integrating SSH terminal) ?

For Upmind testing, there isn't a formal process, but we ensure thorough testing for a seamless experience.

About the Linode plugin:
