Hi Jeff,

To integrate Crisp Chat with Upmind, you can utilize Google Tag Manager. Tag Manager is a way for Google to handle the javascript code displayed to your users and set conditions for when that code is loaded or triggered.

URL is not longer valid - do you have an updated link?

Hi there,

You can follow this guide to add live chat widget to Upmind client area.

Thanks, Vira, for the updated URL,

Good info,

For others where it "may" not be working (as testing as a user) - if you are running a secure browser that blocks web threats, ad data, etc., such as GetSidekick Browser or WAVE Browser or others, your chat widget may now show, so,  first test in Chrome or Firefox, which for us worked - we run Intercom, and it showed up.

We have yet to figure out why it does not run in SideKick or WAVE Browser, as the security I could find is all turned off.

However, I imagine Google Tags may be blocked from these security-focused browsers.

Hopefully, on the UpMind RoadMap, Java Script Widgets will be supported natively in the production code, instead of VS having to bring them in via Google Tags.

Best,
Dave / Layer3.host
