resend provisioning email to client

when I manually send a message and select the New Hosting Account ifnromation one - it sends the below text to the client. The original automated email sends correctly, just not when I choose to resend??

Hi, i'm new to upmind. Would you mind sharing how can I set to automatically send the New Hosting Acc info email? And I could not find the option to send the acc info manually too..thanks

To answer your question, you’ll need to create a notification. Here’s a guide on how to do it: https://docs.upmind.com/docs/how-to-create-hosting-welcome-emails. Once the order is activated, the email will be sent automatically.
