  1. Hi We are close to choosing a new panel for our customers to use but we do have 2 servers that use DirectAdmin I this supported, I cant see anything in the docs at the minute or our upmind account. If its not, is it planned to be? Thanks
  2. Hi guys Just wondering if this is possible. We have reseller account with both your sister companies. We have access to whm. But want to use upmind to give our customers packages So let's say we sell 20 cpanel accounts to our clients as a package. Can this be setup so that a user can only have up to the 20 cpanel accounts? And if they want more they need to buy a new package or upgrade? Thanks
  3. Got it now, and im able to login as the user. But we only see the one account and not all that has been assigned to that customer. I have added a ticket and hope you can help.
  4. Hi Harry, I cant see the get info button anywhere when adding. I will raise a ticket. Thanks
  5. Hi We have been in touch with 20i and we know there is and ID for a package itself, but no one within 20i is able to give us or tell us where to find the ID for the page of say 20 accounts in one order. Clients can order this via the hostshop (20i's version of Whmcs) but we cannot find or see any IDs in the address bar for this type of package. Do you think it is possible Thanks again
  6. Hi Is there a way we can allow a client to have a set number of cpanel account for a set price each month. Say 20 accounts for £30pm, can UpMind do this? If not what do we need to do. Just like when we buy a reseller account it has 20/50/100 cpanel accounts. Thanks
