Can we please get a button or tickbox to strip www from the order form for Enhance configuration? Seeing as Enhance handles the DNS the customer should only be able to put in the root hostname, not a subdomain.

So I’m having difficulty with handling disputes as Stripe require a exportable log now to prove a customer was using the product(in the case of SaaS and hosting etc), is there any way we could get a button that exports a customers activity including logins, etc as proof they were using the service, and a section that we can export their cancellation requests etc

In the U.K yes, we’ve had a convo with stripe about it, and they want us to crack down on verification etc as hosting is high risk in their eyes.

I have a Stripe account executive that we pay for, and they bring us news before the formal releases, they’ve let us know that KYC is going to become a requirement soon with high risk industries such as “Web hosting”, and other “digital services”, requiring 2FA and KYC soon to lower disputes and fraud within this industry.

We need KYC workflow, Stripe won’t continue working with hosting providers come January, who don’t use KYC apparently. Please can we get this workflow ASAP, including 2FA requirements?

I agree I am concerned. Seeing as you cannot hard delete clients for some reason, nor can you hard delete old products/services how will billing work?
