  1. You can read our guide on how to setup Virtfusion in Upmind here: https://docs.upmind.com/docs/how-to-add-virtfusion-products
  2. Upmind's Virtfusion integration is now live. Setup guide here: https://docs.upmind.com/docs/how-to-add-virtfusion-products
  3. Hi! In January we rolled out a new backend for our ACME implementation. As it turns out, there was an issue with the parsing of domain names added to Upmind which contained capital letters. This has been fixed, so your domain should be working as expected now. Thanks, Harry
  4. It will definitely be in the order of months, but I can't say when for sure.
  5. Absolutely! Proxmox will be the first of those to be available as a server provision provider. For more complex flows like pterodactyl servers we need to work on some more general improvements to the flexibility of the system to facilitate, for example, the capture of config/parameters required for certain game server setup scripts. This is something we're already working on for other areas such as domain name additional/cctld fields.
  6. Hi all, RE the SVG aspect ratio issue this has been fixed. If you upload your SVGs again you should see them rendered as desired. Cheers, Harry
  7. You'll need to have added the order first, then click on the order product and go to the Manage tab.
  8. @NID You don't actually need the hosting account IDs. When manually adding an existing 20i hosting account to an order in Upmind, you can use the domain name in the username field then press "Get Info" from the order product "Manage" tab, and the system will grab and store the rest of the details needed to make subsequent provision requests to that 20i hosting account. If you need further help, best to contact us directly via support ticket. https://docs.upmind.com/docs/getting-help-from-upmind
  9. @Akash You can read about Webhooks here: https://docs.upmind.com/docs/webhooks
  10. It won't know how to format requests to the Jelastic API, so we'd recommend you implement a basic endpoint yourself which consumes upmind webhooks and then itself makes API calls to any 3rd party systems as needed. We've written some documentation here: https://docs.upmind.com/docs/webhooks
  11. Hi @TheIrishGoat thanks for your question. In theory it should be possible- but the customer would have a single order product in their Upmind client area from which they can log into 20i and manage all of their domains- basically one order product per billing agreement with you. You'd need to define the package within 20i and model that in your product catalogue in Upmind so that someone can order a 20/100/200 domain package. If you want to discuss or demonstrate exactly how you set up your 20i package types in any more detail then please open a support ticket within Upmind and we can go from there.
  12. Hi @PradeepC I'm sorry but we haven't any plans to work on this in the near future but we are certainly aware of the need to increase flexibility around product options for more complex billing use cases such as this one, thank you.
  13. Hello, just reviving this thread to let you know that a Virtualizor provision provider was released on Upmind today.
  14. @PradeepC We will be looking at PaaS integrations probably later this year. Sooner than that, you'll be able to subscribe to webhooks from your Upmind instance so you can build out this sort of functionality yourself- which may be a quicker path to what you're trying to achieve.
