  1. Yes, thanks. The problem was to find the categories, because they are only shown in the "Tree view".
  2. Thank you for pointing me in the right direction. I guess the trick is to find the categories AT ALL. The trick is to select "Tree View" under "Product catalogue" Otherwise (at least i did not found how) you will not be able to find/see them. And you can not delete something you can not find/see. Once again thanks, for pointing at the right direction ❤️ Chers.
  3. Hi there, How do I delete a Sub-/Category?
  4. Hi there,... It's me again, the suggestion-pain-in-the-a$$ guy ❤️ When I assign a product to a subcategory it only will be shown in that subcategory - as you can see in the image below. Maybe there is a way and i did not find it till now, but if there is not, please add a little check-mark box which will also list the product in the parent category or add a drop-down like: "also list in Category...." As you can see in the image, looks a bit strange to have dedicated server but non of them show up. In my example i will have Intel XEON and AMD Epyc servers, both in it's subcategories, but non will be shown under dedicated server, which should be the case. As, always: Thank you! And let's make your product the best on the market! ❤️ What do you think, about this?
  5. Hey Seb, yeah works for us this way currently, but setup-fees are essential in the IT-Business. I have an idea, because we can break it down to one problem: It kinda creates a order-blocker when the customer has to select the option in order to proceed, but at the other had it is a mandatory thing. So my idea would be to add a "option" to the "Product options" that it will be added automatically if the new "option" is checked. So basically it is a mandatory option (like all Product options) but the customer does not have to select/check-mark it, and it can not be unchecked. Should be able to be implemented fast, just one check-box in the admin-interface and a check in the shop-page. Thanks!
  6. Please consider adding https://porkbun.com/ to the list. NameCheap was our Nr.1, but recently they denied us registering Domain-Names because the name was on some kind of a "brand/trademark"-list. Which included even some common words. Anyhow, they denied us to register our own Trade-marked names - which is ridiculous! Porkbun is kinda cheap, fast and seems like a good alternative pick for us. (Beside the fact that the name sounds strange and what so not,... rest is fine 😉 )
  7. I currently have the "work-a-round" of creating the setup-fees as a product-option. Not a bad idea in general, just wondering if there is another way to archive this.
  8. Hi there, How to create a recurring/subscription product with setup-fee? So I want to create a Product which has a monthly payment and have setup-fee (one-time-payment). How do I do that? Thanks!
  9. Hi Harry, Version: 8.4.1 The install is on: subdomain.domain.xyz (So no subdirectory but with a subdomain) Let me know if you need more data.
  10. Tried to import, saved the API-data without any error. When I try to start the import he fails and the WHMCS-url ends with /includes/api.php But the current version of WHMCS has no api.php file at this location? Cheers!
  11. Hey dear Upmind-Team, First of all I AM flashed by the workflow of the interface and the whole thing till now and I did not really used it (just started). Coming from WHMCS, your product is like dreamland, while WHMCS can be real pain-in-the-a$$. So, we will support you from now on, let's make your Baby big! ❤️ 3 Suggestions, which would boost your customers by 100x (or more) Implement Namecheap and Porkbun APIs: https://porkbun.com/api/json/v3/documentation https://www.namecheap.com/support/api/intro/ Implement Hetzner APIs: - Dedicated Servers: https://robot.your-server.de/doc/webservice/en.html#preface - Cloud Servers: https://docs.hetzner.cloud/ And 1 questions, could you please make it possible to remove the "Powered by Upmind." Footer. Maybe for Beta-Users now, and after Beta for an additional "Customize Footer"-Fee? Like 5-10$, which gives you the option to write your own Footer. Also, do you have a Affiliate-Program for your Product, because I want to help you to get bigger! ❤️ Thanks!
