In theory these are functioning, but our UI does not give the ability to set conditions on a trigger yet It would be product notifications -> contract product activated (for transfer completed and registration completed) As we bring in webhooks in Q2 we'll add this conditional functionality also

Webhooks very high up the agenda so should be done in Q2. You'll be able to use a webhook on any trigger.

In theory this could be written using our API - not just for domains, but for the ability to resell anything. Will take a bit of thought but a nice feature for future

Just some updates on these requests 1) Namecheap is built, just needs some final reviews before being pushed. https://github.com/upmind-automation/provision-provider-domain-names/pull/14 2) Free trials are live 3) This depends on the offer type as for complex offers we can't run the calculations dynamically on each load (the offers are just too varied and too many variables for it to be in any way efficient) -- but in general free domains will be dealt with differently as vouchers.

You can at the moment send an email on ticket closed to client -- but the actual CSAT/NPS integration would need to be third party We will be adding proper NPS+CSAT integration on tickets.

This is possible - when you add a note you can choose whether you want it to be visible to the client or not

Good idea -- though I think we need to abstract nameservers a bit more generally, as the client may have different products that all use different nameservers. So it would show all options for nameservers relating to other products the clients have, on top of default sets, and allow them to change it

What we invisage is a domain transfer centre. Where both clients and admins can view all the domains incoming (and outgoing) and address issues, set retry dates, etc. That would also highlight any issues with domains being transferred in

Yes I like this idea. We need to find a namespinner feature we can integrate as I don't think we want to be distracted creating domain suggestion algorithms. I've found https://www.domainsbot.com/name-suggestion/ and https://namestudioapi.com/ -- any more suggestions?

Is this domain privacy? Yes absolutely, we will add the ability to enable/disable and also to set a price for it of course. It's in the suite of domain features required.
