We have to prioritise the things we work on. In India we support Stripe and RazorPay. We will be adding more in future but the Indian government frequently changes rules - since we developed the Stripe and RazorPay integrations rule changes from the Indian government meant we had to then rewrite the Stripe integration and now the RazorPay integration is hard to use for new customers. We are developing the payment system so that others can develop payment gateways.

I think I understand that you would want to sell essentially a bundle of cPanel accounts for a specific price. So they would be 20 x separate services in Upmind, but billed as one?
This isn't supported yet but in principle we have the foundations for it so offer it in future -- it would be a 'product bundle'

That sounds like you want to offer reseller accounts directly to your clients. It isn't possible to split up reseller accounts within a reseller account (this concept is called 'master resellers)
To do that you would need to take your own server and run cPanel yourself. You can then offer reseller accounts directly and limit the number of cPanel accounts per reseller.

Hi Pradeep - I'll upload the certifications here shortly (we're in progress for SOC-2, ISO27001 also) but for RazorPay (and in almost all cases) we send users offsite and never touch or store card data so we wouldn't be in scope for PCI-DSS. Even our direct 'card' implementations are using embedded javascript from the providers, rather than running through our systems

It would be possible but you'd need some middleware to intercept the webook and then to filter it on. I imagine you could either do that with custom code, or with something like Zapier.

Stripe JS is now possible
This now uses Stripe's own implementation and you can use their other payment methods such as PayPal through Stripe etc
This solves among other things the recent change in Indian central bank payment requirements
We don't yet have webhooks supported (it's a little bit more challenging because we don't want to allow duplicate payments).

Not at all - it's absolutely production ready
We develop lots and lots of functionality but everyone has different priorities unfortunately and we can't make everyone happy. This week we've rolled out huge changes to monthly reports, we've got webhooks working, we're rewriting the domain name DAC widget, we've put out domain integrations for CentralNic reseller, CentralNic registry, GoDaddy, InternetBS, laying the foundations for multi-jurisdictional data residency.
The main issue our users have is that we don't yet concentrate on simplifying things and we keep adding more functionality. So there's often confusion about how things work but we need to keep focusing on adding functions before we can step back and simplify.
We're not apologetic about that -- we're in beta for a reason and there's reasons we develop in the way we do. We'd love to step back and spend time improving usability and flows, or focusing on UX, but we're not at that stage yet. We still have some big key features to finish before we can do that. Unfortunately the progress and speed we do things behind the scenes doesn't sometimes convey to the features that people see in the app or the things they want us to prioritise.

As of yet no but we'll be adding client driven emailing options so they can set different contacts which receive different emails (including things like billing and ticket notifications)

It depends what you are selling -- are you selling cPanel hosting? There shouldn't be a restriction on what domain is added, but I guess you want to force people to choose your subdomain as a domain?

You can have two provision configurations on our free plan - that looks like you are using one domain registrar and one web server

We have a NIRA integration for .ng domains. We would strongly recommend using the registry directly if you can.

We've got a handful of widgets ready but we're planning to get the UI done so you can easily generate them in the admin area before we push them properly. If we share the code here for them to be used then they'll be useful for a few people but will be quite complicated to use for most. Updates coming soon

You should be able to hide this for yearly payments just by not setting a yearly price. What I would do is
- Make a product option category of 'setup fee' and make that a required category
- Create a setup fee product under it, with different prices for monthly and yearly

Not yet but great idea -- would you want it totally externally?
You can add custom content to the product dashboard.
Our plan is to make order flows that let you specify what happens during and after ordering
For example that would also allow you to then create custom onboarding pages after the order completes
