I can confirm the bug here - we'll fix so you can edit it.

Thanks to a good suggestion, we've renamed this 'Whitelabelling'.

Hi - so two areas here really
First, the way we work with Stripe (and I think the only sensible way for us to do it) is that we handle all the subscription 'logic'. And we keep a Stripe token which we charge against. So in terms of handling Stripe subscription login, Upmind wouldn't touch it -- as the logic is all in Upmind. That's needed because for example you can upgrade/downgrade, pro rata refund, pay with different methods -- like orders of magnitude more complex and varied than a simple subscription
Second, in terms of importing Stripe payment data you can add a manual token. So in theory you could create the subscription in Upmind, match the due dates, and then just add the payment method into Upmind using the token. I can't see a reason why that wouldn't work.
On pro rata -- that's been requested already and we'll add it in future.

Sorry missed that question @jeffuk - GoCardless is just a token/mandate that you can charge against at any point

We support direct PayPal payments. We don't yet support PayPal subscriptions. When we do we'll do it properly.
Ideally we want to bring out PayPal reference transactions to allow them to be used like a credit/debit gateway

Hi Darren -- could you open a ticket, we'll take a look at the setup there.

Yes we can add this, I will add the request

We changed the ticket format to ABC-123-12345 as we thought incremental ticket IDs was a potential opening for human phishing. Open to suggestions though!

Yes absolutely - these will be things that we can include in webhooks

You could set the price to 0 for a cycle - that will work fine

That sound be all your need -- the api would be /api/admin/clients/search though 🙂

We have this process for GoCardless and it works like a pending payment. So there's a pending payment on the invoice which stops things like suspensions.
It should be possible to add this for Stripe SEPA too. Will add to the list

No news yet but it's on our list

We're going to return to payment gateways after adding a number of key features. Likely Q1 2023

We're now set to use the domain lookup features of every domain provider you add- we return the results for the ones that come back first. We'll be adding more in future as well as adding our own caching.

You can already build your own using the framework here https://github.com/upmind-automation/provision-workbench which we can review and merge in for you.

We've just deployed 'deferred provision fields' which allows you to tell clients to configure products after the order is placed. This is quite a demanded feature but it's a substantial change.
You can enable it either on a per product basis, or on a product category basis
You can choose to collect all data (e.g. domain registrant info) up front or after an order. You can also allow the customer to do both.
Please test and let us know if any problems!

We've got an issue for that - it's done on the API but we need to build the UI for managing it.

That's a WordPress SSO and I can't see how it could be the same provision config. It probably needs a standalone 'wordpress on enhance' provision module
For example
- How do we know a site runs wordpress and we should show the wordpress login
- How do we know which site it's for given that an enhance package can have many sites.

Not yet but in future. We're rewriting the notification setup to allow webhooks also. Will be included on our paid plans.
