Yes. They are compliant. But I don't think they have any competitive advantages over the others. It's not good for accepting international payments and the rates are not impressive too.

Not just Razorpay. PayU, CashFree and Even PayTM cannot onboard new customers right now. Many other small players are also restricted right now. CCAvenue is working right now. I am pretty sure the former will get back after fulfilling the necessary compliance.

Why do you suggest it? How is NameSilo? I am myself scouting between providers. This is the first time I'll allow customers to be able to register domains.

ERPNext is one of the best open source ERP solution imo. https://erpnext.com/ We use it for accounting and inventory management. It's very flexible and customizable. Having an integration with it will solve most of the billing limitations of Upmind and will make the accounting automatic.

@Seb Thanks! Appreciate the detailed roadmap. Any idea when we can we expect the other payment gateways under development? RazorPay, PayTM & Payu are not onboarding new customers as they have been restricted by RBI for not following the necessary compliances. It's difficult for new Indian customers to accept payments without the above 3. I hope Cashfree and others can be given a bit priority. Thank you!

Hi, I have set taxes based on regions (states). If a customer enters an address for Region 1 on the order page, the corresponding taxes for that region will be displayed, which is good. However, if the customer changes the existing address to Region 2 without adding a new address, the checkout page won't reflect the Region 2 taxes and will still show the Region 1 taxes. Only when the customer adds a new address, will the correct tax be applied. To display the correct taxes, the page needs to be refreshed and the address re-selected.

Ability to resell BunnyCDN with provision through Enhance will be great to have! Enhance is working on Cloudflare DNS integration and they will also work on BunnyDNS in future.

Please add the ability to bulk select states in Tax tags. Just like we have for countries/regions. It's time consuming to add each state individually and ensuring that nothing is missed out. This is for India tax example in GST documentation where one state have other taxation and other for all states.

It's the most basic thing missing from the platform. Ability to change title for all the pages should be available.

Hi, It will be good to have a text displaying the company name or your tagline besides the logo. Option to display logo for the storefront is inflexible. You cannot control the size. It will be better to be able to display the company name besides the logo. Hope this is taken care of asap.

Apprise is the biggest open source notification aggregator. You can connect most of the services for notification. Hello, I had placed few dummy orders to test the order flow. I was able to delete the dummy client but not the dummy orders. They are shown as cancelled in the records. Any way to permanently delete those records?

@Seb Is the roadmap up to date? I feel like there are some completed items on it. Is it possible to attach a timeline to the roadmap? Does not have to be the exact date but at least we will know what is being prioritized by the team. I have talked to few Upmind users and they are shifting to WHMCS due to slow progress according to them and lack of roadmap transparency in Upmind. I am new here. So still trying to figure things out.
