  3. Having played around in Upmind for a while, I'm very very impressed by the thoughtfulness you guys have put into the product. The UI is just so much more enjoyable than WHMCS or Quickbooks, and I'm in the process of setting up my Upmind for real business use. From the looks of things, you guys don't look like you need money, as I don't really see much of a rush to push, which is assuring, in some sense... but I can't help but wonder at the long-term growth of Upmind when I watch your YT videos and see 72 subscribers... I really don't want to have to move to another platform in 3 years if things don't pan out, so is there anything you could share that could alleviate these back-of-the-mind fears? (to stress again, I'm very very impressed with what you've done with the platform... I'm just confused at the pace of growth, considering every other tech startup I've seen seems to focus on growth growth growth - so your focus on Product over Growth is assuring and concerning at the same time πŸ˜…)
  4. I love the Upmind functionality to impersonate the Client, but when I have many tabs open it's hard to differentiate which is which. It's a small issue, but it'd be nice if we could have the option to have a different favicon for client-side and admin-side backends.
  5. Currently the Markdown icon links to https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Markdown#Example which isn't very helpful. Ideally I'd show a popup with a Markdown cheatsheet table and a link to https://www.markdownguide.org/, but a simple fix you could do now is just to link the icon to https://www.markdownguide.org/cheat-sheet/ instead.
  6. Sometimes I want to go "back" to the previous level instead of just going back to the previous page, which often times is just a tab in the same level.
  7. Would love to have a fully-loaded demo account that I can check out, with various combinations of usecases. It's a lot easier than having to create my own products just to poke around and see what happens. Looking forward to more features & polish added to Upmind, hence my increased postings here.
  8. Just realised this should be categorised under Feature Requests > UI/UX Improvements. Maybe an admin can move it there?
  9. Minor UI bug. After a ticket has been closed, the "Close ticket" button should change to a "Ticket closed" disabled button.
  10. I'm guessing there are actually no orders awaiting activation, but the section is pulsing infinitely. It's more of a UI error than a bug, but it should show a "No orders awaiting activation" message rather than infinite loading. Just a suggestion.
  11. Just realised that Upmind doesn't have any notifications on the admin side menu. This is near-critical UI as it ensures I don't miss any new orders or support tickets (or am constantly reminded of it so I can attend to it later). Please consider adding this as soon as you're able to?

So basically if my clients (e.g. web agencies) want to create a hosting account on behalf of their clients (brand owners), they'd have to click on their own affiliate link and create a standalone account etc right? Other than payouts, they won't be able to control anything else related to the "sub-accounts" from their main account; all accounts are standalone, correct?
  13. I just realised Upmind doesn't have a KB feature... not sure if this might be the dealbreaker. I could technically build my own KB in WP or Notion, but I originally had the idea of having special KB articles specifically for paying clients which they'll only be able to access via the client portal. Building a separate KB would kinda break the experience. I know this isn't on high priority, but since it's on the Roadmap, do we have a rough ETA for this?
  14. Instead of Settings, "Admin" makes more sense. Also suggest to have it expand upwards with all other submenu items in there, for faster access.
  15. I didn't realise you had quite a few YT mini-tutorials and was painfully combing through the Upmind documentation. May I suggest embedding the videos to the top of each KB article, so that we don't have to read through thousands of words on our first day? 😁
  16. Bump - I created an Upmind account, it seems like the Affiliate function can be used for this, can someone share more thoughts please? I'm trying to go through the Upmind documentation too, but... it's a lot of words and a lot of pagesπŸ˜…
  17. Hi, I'm looking for reseller functionality, where resellers will continue to gain monthly payouts for as long as the end customer continues their subscription. I see affiliate functionality in Upmind but what about Reseller? *I haven't created an Upmind account yet, I know it's free, will get to it soon, busy with other work at the moment so if anyone can answer this in the meantime I'd appreciate it **So far Upmind looks really good, so I hope I can use it for my needs. WHMCS is expensive & bloated, ClientExec looks like a one-man-show, Blesta & Hostbill have crappy UI. Currently it's a flip between Upmind & WiseCP (mainly cos of their Reseller module).
