  1. Doesn't sound exactly what you are after, but you can configure the support departments to accept emails and then set up an email forwarder, for instance, the user just sends an email to support@yourdomain, this then forwards to [email protected] which then creates a ticket without the client needing to have an account. It's intelligent enough to handle replies and add them as ticket updates.
  2. Thanks @Seb, I must admit, I logged on last night and saw I could edit so was busy customising.
  3. When we request a reset of brand data, can it also please remove the email history log ? Just realised I have a lot of entries that are now inapplicable to my setup.
  4. You configure the options from the product itself, there is an option Upgrades / Downgrades. Then to upgrade or downgrade the product, the client can do it themselves from the client area. Impersonate the client, choose the product, click the billing tab, then you'll see the Upgrade/Downgrade option under manage your subscription. Or as an admin you can do it from the quick actions (modify product) on the purchased product overview screen. I think this has always been there though, it doesn't appear to be linked to the upgrade/downgrade options.
  5. @Seb, Rookie error, I hadn't committed my Google Tag, I imagine the tag values I saw were the ones built into Upmind and mine just wasn't appearing until I'd committed.
  6. New to the Google Tag Manager, so apologies if I've done it wrong, but I think it's trying to read a different ID to the one I put in my site. I have added GTM-KG8xxxx (not sure if they are sensitive so have replaced last 4 characters). An inspect of the code from my client page shows <script async="" src="https://www.googletagmanager.com/gtm.js?id=GTM-M24Dxxx&amp;l=upmDataLayer"></script>gtm.js?id=GTM-M24Dxxx&l=upmDataLayer That's not my ID (again replaced a few characters with xxx)
  7. I am still playing with the system, so this was not a big issue at the moment, but may be for others. When I chose to set the status of the product to cancelled, despite it warning me that it would NOT change the provision. It actually did suspend the account in cpanel.
  8. Thanks Luis. I did raise a support ticket about the emailing and it was suggested that I could put incorrect details into the SMTP configuration, or even set the account to restricted so it won't send any emails out. Will look later. As for the invoice editing, my cursor changes to a no entry symbol on the text which was why I was wondering if it was only on the paid subscription.
  9. Hi. I stumbled upon upmind completely by accident a few days ago. Wow, this looks like a very good solution for me and I wish I'd found it earlier. I do have some questions though as I've tried to use it over the weekend. Like most people I am trying to emulate what I do in WHMCS before I move, so I am using a test client etc. I created a new client manually and upmind immediately sends an email to the client. Can this be prevented ? If I want to set my system up before I announce it to my customers I don't want them being emailed and then trying to use the new system. I tried the import from WHMCS, I didn't commit the data in the end. If I do commit, similar to the previous question, will it send an email to the clients as it creates their accounts ? It looks like I should be able to edit the invoice layout as it shows me the HTML for it, but the field is read only ? Is this a paid option ? Looking forward to making use of this exciting software, and I'm sure I'll have more questions. Darren
