  2. There needs to be a update and signifcant improvement to MRR calculations in Upmind. Upmind is over 30% inaccurate MRR when compared to Stripe's MRR. I believe some, not all, comes from the fact Upmind classes a yearly purchase / 12. I do not believe a single annual payment should be added to MRR, when a one off payment is by definition not "monthly returning revenue". Can we get the option to exclude annual charges from MRR, and can we get some insight into why MRR is tragically wrong when compared to WHMCS?

  4. Hi there, Thanks for the suggestion. We're aware of that, and you can actually achieve that by doing a manual process, which we understand can be time-consuming and tedious. We're looking into integrating it into Upmind. Appreciate you bringing this up : )

  8. Isma this is just way too invasive. Why wouldn't deleting a product just do that automatically? We know how to hide the products, it's the lack of deletability that's very very annoying.
  9. Hi guys, it's possible to delete a product, but there are a few steps you need to take first. You'll need to cancel and close the product, as well as any associated invoices. Once the product is in a closed status, you'll be able to delete it from your admin catalog. Additionally, if you want to keep the product in your catalog for reference but hide it from clients, you can do that too. Just disable the ability for anyone to order it. If you encounter any issues or have further questions about this process, please don't hesitate to raise a ticket. Hope that helps!

  11. I would like to request that we have some sort of solution for ONE OFF BILLING solutions. If i want to charge a customer for a couple hours of on-site work, it should be possible.
  12. The fact that products are permanently locked in our catalogue just because they have been sold in the past is a nucance. IE. Maybe i am selling a hosting package, but no longer want to offer it. I should be able to just "delete it". Not be stuck with it just because a customer is subscribed to it. -- What's worse is, I took the initiative of going in and individually modying each customer's order of this product and yet still cannot delete the product because it is tied to previous invoices. -- I think we should have the freedom to delete products as we please. I literally had to make a category caleld "JUNK" and hide it, to shove some products in there.

  14. Hi. I recently noticed that the Namesilo integration only manages to set the Registrant information leaving the Billing, Technical, and Administrative information set to the default Namesilo's account settings. Please consider adding the support for this types of contacts. Regards.

  19. Hi, At the moment, we don't have a specific date for when Mollie will be available. However, we are continuously adding more payment providers. Recently, we've integrated Pesapal and Coingate as new gateways with Upmind. Additionally, in a few months, we'll be launching Upmind Provisioning v2, which will enable you to build completely custom provisioning integrations as needed. With this, you won't be limited by Upmind's first-party provision integrations, offering more flexibility and expanding your options beyond Upmind's initial provisions.
  20. Hi, We are continuously adding more first-party provisioning providers. However, I can't specify the exact availability of Proxmox at the moment. Nevertheless, in a few months, we'll be launching Upmind Provisioning v2, which will enable you to build completely custom provisioning integrations as needed. This means you won't be limited by Upmind's first-party provision integrations. Stay tuned for more updates.

Hi Dusan We've got a series of updates on invoice numbering in progress: - Proforma invoicing - Different number series for 0 value invoices - Marking invoice number prefixes optional - Custom invoice numbering when paid and unpaid - If invoices have taxes to change the title from invoice to tax invoice - Unique order numbers separate from the invoice numbers As well as this we've got e-invoicing underway with a deploy out for that this month -- for compliance with Indian, Mexican and Colombia tax authorities, as well as incoming support for Peppol. For now you can edit the invoice pdf to show 'proforma' if it's unpaid -- but it does not change the number sequence. Thanks Seb

  26. I am currently testing upmind. While I don't need the hosting provisioning features (currently hosting via Gridpane), I do need a way to list the domain name for each web hosting subscription. I need this both for my own internal record keeping and for several clients that host multiple websites with me. What's the best way to implement this so that the client can see the domain name on each invoice and I can access it via the API or other reporting?
